Songy Partners LLC (SPL) is a commercial real estate firm that acquires, renovates, develops, and manages institutional quality real estate projects primarily throughout the Southeastern United States. SPL targets particular emphasis in the office, hotel and mixed-use sectors. The SPL business model is to strategically acquire or manage income properties in select viable markets that require enhanced operating performance or physical upgrades. Projects currently underway include sites in Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Fort Myers and Boca Raton, Florida.
SPL provides various 3rd party Asset Management services to their institutional clients in the office, hotel, mixed-use and urban infill site areas. A substantial component includes “takeover related” services for banks, servicers, and receivers for distressed real estate.
